AFTER BOTH Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from aliexpress. OR, you may choose to have a replacement.

1. 12 months Manufacturer's limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.
2. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is
and give us your order number. WE DO NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE ITEMS WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY.

- Faulty Item Received
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to support@juveniliatiska.com along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item.

- Not delivered on time
We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our US factory depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from our factory within 2-3 days of receiving it. And it takes up to 10-12 days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.
We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :)

- Wrong size received
If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We've seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order. In cases like those, please contact support so that we can guide with the process of exchanges in this case.
If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment :) Just let us know with a picture of it and we'll be there to get it done for you.
- I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested
The orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we usually ship them within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?
Yes, we will be releasing more styles and products weekly! Be sure to follow us on Facebook and enable notifications for sales and new arrivals!

Yes, we do ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

-How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, there will be a 1-4 day processing period followed by a 7-18 day shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order, please bare with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!  

-May I get a tracking number?
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days). Email: support@juveniliatiska.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.  

-Where can I track my order?
Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email. Then you can then track your order by clicking on the tracking number link in your mail.
 
-Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.  

-How can I pay?
We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.  

-What happens if I type in the wrong address?
 If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at support@juveniliatiska.com & we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
-Is your website secure with my personal information?
Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing your product. We never store any our customers private details!
-Does your website provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed! You can always get a free exchange of your product simply by shipping it back to us with image proof sent first.
